Elevated Apparel does not accept returns for refunds. All sales are final.

✰ Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at sales@elevatedapparel.co . Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days.
✰ Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on location. We will not cover the cost of a return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
